OK. So it used to be, back in the days of Darth Vader and his merry band of followers, that men used to post man-to-man stuff in the "Locker Room." Some stuff got posted in the "Bat Cave" or "Pig Sty."
People used to post items of co-educational interest (that's stuff of interest to both -- not all three -- sexes) in the co-ed forums.
But nowadays on ECCIE, it seems as though ALL the "action" is in the Co-Ed forum. And most of it - or at least it certainly appears so - is "guy on guy" action... by that I mean, guys trying to out-dick the next guy. More than a pissing contest; more like a "pork sword fight" tournament, as someone once so eloquently put it. Hobbyists posturing, calling out the providers, seeing how rude everybody can be to each other, etc., etc., blah, blah, blah.
Certainly, in the brave new world of ECCIE, the Co-Ed forum is the place where men can be men (as long as they're properly shielded behind a pseudonym) and girls can go apeshit on them.
But as we all know, there are only a few of each involved in these chingazos. A few guys baiting the gals, and vice versa.
My question is why is this chit germane to a co-ed forum? If you've got to tell your pals what a whore someone is, why do it in public when you've got a safe and secure private forum in which to do so?
Girls, if you want to call a guy an asshole, why not use the "alternate" forum that you've created to replace the Powder Room (still don't know why y'all got that taken way from you, but I'm not a mindreader.)?
Something here seems awfully askew.
I'm going to recommend that we start a new forum just for guy on guy bashing called "The Closet." And that we restore the Powder Room, so girls can call us dickweeds if they like.
This bullshit about "BE MAN ENOUGH TO INSULT THE LADIES TO THEIR FACE" shit is false bravado. Nobody I know -- even the roughest, toughest, WWE kinda hobbyists -- want to be repulsive to the girls. Even if they SAY it's just about the money. We all know different.
And none of the ladies here who are in "the business" want to have to play games just to keep the "bad boys" from hurting their business.
I think we're ALL a bunch of pussies hiding behind our keyboards. Ladies, you know better. Some of you have seen some or most of us who Macho-up the board. You say differently. Even compliment some of the bad boys for being gentlemen. Whassup with that? Is this just a charade?
What do y'all think? Do you think anybody in the hobby benefits by all the tough talk? Or should we all just go fuck ourselves? Or, as some have suggested, is this totally normal and have I gone round the bend?
