Omaha & Lincoln | A "Where to Stay" Thread

So according to Priceline and Hotels.com has multiple areas to stay in Omaha. I've only been there for non-hobby related adventures so I'm not familiar with the area. Any ideas of where to stay that's hobby-friendly-ish?
