Providers take on References

I'm sure this has been discussed many times so sorry for the new post. So just kind of curious what a providers take on references is? I would hope not but can certainly see the scenario of them not replying to reference requests in hopes to get the next call but at the same time from the guys stand point if I provided the providers name as a reference and they never responded I'm likely not to use that provider in the future. I only ask because I was in a situation where a provider was in town I've been dying to see but when it came to references none of the providers I gave her responded. Clearly references are a win win from a safety aspect too. Just curious if I was missing something

I always give my clients great references as long as they were great i have no problem doing it!

Here is a thought.
To speed up the process of the reference that your wanting, why don't you contact that provider and let her know that you're going to use her as a reference so she can be looking for that contact?????
I don't give references for people that I have not seen in around 6 months. if somebody contacts me from 2 years ago that I saw one time for one hour are you f****** kidding me people change!! so, in my opinion you should always use your most current references, if possible.
And as some of you new Ladies get contacted by wives, Girlfriends ect..
You will start implementing policies for your references that you give, it's not so black and white.
I will not give references through the telephone or email you'll have to literally send me a PM on eccie or p411.
If a guy gives me references I always ask him to contact those ladies first to let them know I will be contacting them. some women demand references but will not give them.
