Are you trying to change your avatar?

If so, are you using the mobile site, or the full site? It's a lot easier to accomplish these tasks on the full site:

- User CP
- Edit Avatar
- Use Custom Avatar
- Upload pic from your computer or insert URL of pic on the internet

If you are referring to the Main Profile picture in your showcase, just edit your showcase and upload a new one. Be sure to the save the showcase when you are done.
