I am coming in for jazz fest. In doing my research I notice many visiting providers. I want to experience a "homegrown" product if you will, someone who is a staple in the community, not a visitor. The visitors are for you guys that live in NO, I'm visiting so I want a nice blonde that's rooted. Make sense.
