Is it any better than Camelot on Starz? It looks like a better story and better cast.

It was 4X better than Camelot! After Spartacus, Camelot looks like something for kids (except for Morgan and Quinevere's deeds...)

Game of Thrones looks like it will be hands down the winner between those 2 series!

I havent had a chance to watch it yet . Does the show do the books justice? Im on the fourth book now (A Feast For Crows). From what I understand itll be a full season per book? Man cant wait to watch this show!!!

Shows on Starz are much hyped but don't really deliver, IMO. I'm gonna watch Thrones and see if it's any good. I'm really waiting on True Blood though.

Premier was good. Dunno what we'd do without HBO and Shpwtime since their orig series are the only things worth watching in a sea of reality TV crapola. Always a perfect mix of sex and violence.. shame the seasons are generally so short and far between. True Blood is the best. Also watching The Borgias on ST.
GoT has potential.. it's no Rome, which was IMHO the best thing ever on TV as far as production value, acting, story, and frequency of non-gratuitious blood and boobs.

the previews i've seen looked pretty interesting.haven't had a chance to sit and catch an episode yet..

So far I have seen the first episode and it is true to the book. I am reading the book again as a result of the series.

It is really good so far.

I thought game of thrones is good......also liked the borgias. Sparticus was awesome, and Rome was hands done one of the best shows hbo had.

I am DDR'ing the entire series. I suppose I could run off a couple of DVD's for those who don't have HBO after the season ends.
