Well....kickstarted the day with a piping hottt 8-pac of Chikkin Mini's and stout cup o' joe for breakfast with my kid. Their CF brand (or is it just plain ol' Kraft?) of mayo on those mini's is pretty damned good tbh.

Guess I should hit the treadmill a little extra hard today to sweat out all that sodium and the more-than-I-should-have-ingested-calories....oh, well...cie le vie...
