LOTR with modern weaponry, hypotetical..

I've asked this elsewhere, so figured its time to do so here..

Let's say you got teleported into middle earth with a con-ex box full of weapons (though depending on which of the below load outs depends on how many weapons).

You landed in one of 3 spots just before a major battle, and had 48 hrs to train those there..
Helm's Deep
Minas Tirith
and Smaug's den after his death..

Weapon load out's

20 H&K MP'5s with 300 rounds each
4 Barret .50 K rifles with 100 round each

14 M-16s with 300 rounds each
8 M4-s with 400 rounds each and 8 40mm grenades each

20 3.06 sniper rifles with 150 rounds each
20 desert eagles with 100 rounds each

6 M60's with 3 100-round belt pouches
4 M2 .50 cal machine guns with 5 100-round belts each

20 Claymores
10 Six-shot 40mm grenade launchers with 60 grenades each
2 boxes of 25 hand held m60 hand grenades

a dozen law rockets
a dozen dragon rockets and
4 SAW's with two 100 round boxes.


Which of those weapon load outs would you take,
which battle would you go to
and just for the heck of it, WHICH side would you fight on?

Huh?

It's a thought experiment of sorts. Basically you have one of those 6 potential groupings of weapon/ammo, and get teleported into one of the 3 main (LARGE) battles of the LOTR films..

Which weapon load out (grouping) would you go with, which battle would you use them at and why?

I say we take off and nuke the site from orbit. It's the only way to be sure.

This is obviously "Gamer" stuff.
