New Phone Same Problems

I now have a new Galaxy S8 and I am using Samsung Internet browser from the phone.

I still show to have 1 new message which is not correct. I have no new message anywhere in my folders.

I still cannot access any information such as my reviews by clicking on my username. I must go to an old post an click on my reviews to gain access to my profile and reviews.


My question is: Is it possible that someone on the staff can acess my account to reset or clear up this problem?

Does anyone else have a similar problem?

Try Clearing the cookies and history/ cache from the browser and log back in. Or maybe try chrome browser. Maybe it was an old message that was never read.

Also- the staff does not have access to your account or any member's account. Try the above suggestions and if they don't work- please let us know. Thanks!

Thanks I've done all that before I'll try chrome and see what happens.

What is the reason for not being able to click on my username at the top of the page where I log on to access my profile. There has got to be a reason other than my phone since I now have a new phone.

Okay I think I know what's happening. If you click on your username on the top - it does show but you have to moce the cursor to the right because it is on the far right side on the phone browser. I have a Samsung Galaxy phone too and took me a little while to figure it out.

I can click on my username and it gets highlighted and changes colors but nothing happens. Nothing happens when I click on the downward arrow next to my username either but I can access my PMs and the inbox.

Not sure if this will help but when I highlight my user name, i have to swipe my page over to the right to see action list ; pm's contacts ect. Have had to do this for quite some time. Hope this helps you out!

That is what I have to do only if I have it zoomed

Hate having to zoom out to try to find where on the page it loaded the box when I click on a girls showbox too.
