I took the challenge in 2016 on pictures of BP girls who looked to good to be true.
I found most were girls who looked similar in body type and hair style but not the girl in the pic.
Strippers consider being caught posting on BP similar to being seen driving a 2003 Ford Focus but they do it cause they need fast cash so they post on BP using someone else's pictures.
Why strippers don't create an ECCIE or P411 account for times when they need fast cash....well 99% don't have their shit together and their life is a non stop train wreck.

If it looks too good to be true it probably is. Only way you'll get a fine ass hoe like that is off of Eros, one of the nicer strip clubs, or some of the higher end bars in and around Uptown. My wealthy buddy tells me they also work out at some of the more exclusive fitness centers like at the Four Seasons. Whichever route you go make sure you have some seriously ultra deep pockets!
