Unfortunately, I believe a lot of LE think they ARE "just doing their jobs" when they use every trick imaginable to thwart the 4th Amendment, rather than protect it.

Too often, they think its their job to put criminals in jail by ANY MEANS possible, regardless of that "pesty" Constitution.
