The flaky card here would be the Philippines, who have been a bit wobbly lately.

I doubt that since we let north Korea go on so long without action, we certainly will not do much with China either.

I remember laughing out loud watching the debates, when Trump would go in to his analysis of Chinese currency manipulation, and his opponents would gaze at him like he was a Nutjob.. Trump was spot on, it was embarrassing when NOBODY else on the stage had an opinion, they single-handedly ceded the issue to Trump. say what you will about missteps in his Presidency early on, but Trump's people are at least paying attention to China.
