Is it worth going premium?

Just like the title says, asking because I'm brand new to the site.

I have never paid for premium access. However, if you submit reviews, you will be granted short-term premium access without having to pay cash (or credit card) for it. I'm assuming it gives you access to everything you'd have access to if you paid for premium access, but I don't know that for certain.
