Coach's Bar destroyed/flooded

Coach's on 103rd got flooded out last night with several feet of water inside the bar. It will need a complete rebuild.

This, along with Mike's (co-owner) murder in May is simply an unbelievable double gut punch.
I know that a lot of us have rented a fair amount of alcohol there over the last few decades so let's watch for their rebuild schedule and think about elbow exercises then.

I could have sworn the news reported that the owners werent going to rebuild bc it has been flooded out 6 times in the past year or so...

Yes, that just came out.
The Insurance costs killed it.
Used to work a couple blocks away back before 1st flood. Darts, pool and whiskey memories.
