Do providers review their posts?

I look at posts, ads, welcome, and other coed comments.
I wonder if some providers REALLY look at the pictures and descriptions they post before they hit the 'enter' button.
I realize that given 10 hobbyists looking at pics and descriptions there will be 7 different opinions but some posts by providers are a real turnoff to some of us.
Also some pictures are so large you have to scroll left and right to see the image. Will someone explain to them the procedure to get pics that fit on the screen?
Please don't take this as harsh but we should see the best of you and not the careless.
