The word "Spinner"

I'm outdated, old, or something; please help me. What is the definition of a 'spinner'? I feel like I'm my grandad asking what LOL means.

A small, petite girl. I would guess shorter than 5'6 and 115 lbs or less.
Probably someone half my size.

Like the terms GFE and PSE, definitions will differ from person to person regarding the height/chest size/weight etc. for a spinner. Here's a definition from urbandictionary.com:

I think a man's definition of a spinner depends mostly on the man. Some liken it to those girls who are thin and athletically built... like they are often taking Spinning classes at the local gym. Others look at it as anyone smaller than them that they can pick up and do whatever they want while carrying the around. I personally do not denote a particular height/weight to the women I define as spinners. Women with more muscle mass are leaner but weigh more than women who have less muscle. Plus, I even throw some taller women into that mix due to their being fairly thin.. Paris is a good example of this.
