remote serive for cell phones

i recieved a letter from my cell phone company and as part of their insurance package the offer several options one that caught my eye was the ability to earse contact list remotely if phone is stole or lost..any ideas?

I can do that with my iphone. Love that I have that option!

I think most smartphones can be wiped clear upon request. I know my Iphone and BB can be. Maybe its just AT&T, not sure if others offer that.

The Tmobile "MotoBlur" phones can have that done..
