Letter from Lily

I hope that everyone in Louisiana, Mississippi and Texas that I haven't been in touch with will forgive my unexplained absence from ECCIE. A family emergency came up in early June that required my presence on the West Coast. I originally planned on staying just a couple of weeks, but circumstances dictated that I stay a little while longer. So in the end I decided to just make it a Summer sabbatical.

It's been nice to get away from the hobby for a bit, but I miss it. The money, of course, but even more I miss my friends. There are so many familiar faces, voices and personalities that I long to interact with again. I'm planning on returning this fall and will be trying to make my presence on this board a more regular thing in the meantime. I look forward to hearing from you all.

Gotta admit, when I 1st couldn't see your normal showcase I was concerned. I hope all is well with your family. Don't think I could enjoy a session if I could tell the lady was troubled in some way. I'm looking forward to seeing your lovely photos once your new showcase is fully setup. Be safe.
