Does any one know of any apt managers that will work with a broken lease without charging a double deposit?.... I was able to secure one perfect place but after taking my first deposit for move in they came back with that ..so kinda screwed since I cant get it back for 20 days..... Need to do this fast since Im kinda in race with time...

Okkie anyone know of a safe non ghetto area that doesnt check rental history?Income and credit wise I am ok..Rental history is whats killing me
I would try a leasing agent, they would know of the areas and apartments that you can get away with bad credit/renatl history. I do have a friend that is a leasing agent, just give me a ring for his number.

I know your reaching out, but I don't have any answers. Just be straight and tell them you need a chance to prove yourself. Typically a smaller apt complex might help better than a bigger one.

Some places are OK with broken lease if you don't owe the former place money. Many people have to break leases for job transfers, etc.. They really don't care, as long as you give appropriate notice and pay the penalties outlined in the lease agreement.

If you still owe your old place money, you will need to get that settled before you start looking.
