I can't help but wonder how the hell it feels, and I am willing to bet this thing probably costs thousands, and thousands, of dollars. Notice how the person sticks their finger inside there. I hope whoever used it before he got there, used protection! On a further, and more disgusting, note, who the hell has to clean the thing after use if you don't use protection? *Shudders*
