deleting messages

Does deleting a sent message (perhaps before it has been confirmed) also delete it from the recipients inbox? i doubt it but need to ask in case i'm deleting sent too often and causing lack of communication.

I don't think so. Once it's sent it's sent so it won't matter what you do from your end of it.
