I texted you at 11 asking, "are you close?"
You were already LATE when you responded back with your location.
Once we spoke I told you the exact landmarks and street that you turn on. How you end up where you did, beyond me.
But after speaking with you I gave you the information again, you call back @11:30 saying your here.
My response, "that's crazy." here it is a whole hh after the scheduled time.
Not once did I get a call saying I'm lost, I need help, getting close. The impression I received from the 2nd phone call was you wasn't coming.
I started moving my schedule up.
Its clients like you that make women quit the business.

It's irritating, providers have always complained, this is at let a step in the right direction.
