If I were to block someone, would they be able to see my posts and respond to them?

I avoid the drama here 99% of the time, but I get the feeling someone new is targeting me for some.

They would still be able to see your posts but you wouldn't see theirs is how that works. But as an added bonus they wouldn't be able to PM you if that helps.

So, if I block someone, they can still see my posts but can they reply?

Yeah, they can still see your posts and reply to them but all you would see in the reply is "this user is on your ignore list" or something like that.
