What is this 300 or 600 second wait to post again? What and why brought this on? Hopefully this is not permanent!

Why is this happening? This is crap. I don't spend all day on here. Wait 5 or 10 min to comment again?

It's the counter movement to the 30 second club, or whatever that marketing gimmick was.
