Getting Handle Control from Management

I had someone ask me if she can get her handle/ad etc moved from old management to her if she is going independent now?

Tell her she needs to send an email to the staff@eccie.net with enough information to show it is her. Staff is aware that most pimps have a lot of info on their stable to fake it so a phone call may be needed but who knows how ECCIE really handles this.

I have seen where a verified well known hobbiest who is trusted can vouch for her email address.
