Traffic in and around San Antonio

I have to go to SA soon and my bidness there'll have me driving around a fair bit during morning and evening times when rush hour is happening, among other times.

While I'd love to bang a couple hookers while I'm there, of greatest interest to me is the traffic issue. How bad is it? I gather from W-pedia that SA tends to sprawl rather than build up. So I imagine traffic wouldn't be that bad but I don't want to make false assumptions.

Thanks for any input.

Some areas congest something awful, while in others you can drive the speed limit without incident.

Where will you be, have to go?
