PREBOOKS AND DEPOSITS

In regards to travel. I have a lot of potential clients who want me to come to Houston. Which whom are willing to pay for my travel and hotel stay.

Regarding ECCIES policies am I allowed to ask for deposits to be able to make the trip? If so through what third party (paypal)?
