Justice Rucker and Justice Dickinson dissented (3-2). Rucker was appointed by a Republican governor and Dickinson was appointed by a Democratic governor. I'm curious as to what will happen when it gets to the USSC.

I don't think the Indiana Gov has any say in the matter. This is a potentially very serious assault on our freedom. I can't imagine the US Supreme Court will uphold this travesty, but you never know......

The Governor of Indiana better say something. He appointed the clown that wrote the opinion, AND Governor Mitch Daniels is seriously considering running for President. Guess what? He just lost.
