looks like the dems have come up with a new tactic to delay nominations to unprecedented levels. they are using cloture rules which is a set of procedures that take a lot of senate time to go thru.
McConnell's penchant for sticking with senate rules inspite of the obvious abuses. he needs to go. I don't think Harry Reid would have tolerated it during his tenure.
