CCBill Errors

Hi there.

I seem to have a very annoying problem when trying to purchase from CCBill. I've bought through it before and I had no worries, but now it keeps giving me an error saying "You have submitted too many times recently". I've tried another card and it's the same. I've tried emailing them but they don't really care and haven't replied. I've waited weeks! I can't be the only one having this problem! Any help would be really appreciated!
