Dumb question, but I am new

So is there any way to like 'favorite' a lady's showcase? Like make a list on here so you can go back and see who you liked again? If I am trying to narrow my search down, it would be faster to go back to my fav's. Is that a thing?

Yes, put them in your Buddy List, on the right side of the main page.

Save them on your “contact list.”
