LOVE crawfish, and suck the heads! I like to call myself a professional crawfish eater LOL! I see some people it takes like a minute or 2 to crack it open and eat a crawfish. I'm done with it in about 15 seconds and thats including sucking all the juice out the head till its DRY! I know I opened myself up for this one but I'm serious about my crawfish!!

I love crawfish I just have yet to find a decent place in Houston that serves them.

My favorite is Ragin Cajun. Mardi Gras Grill is also good. Heard that the Boiling Crab is good.

As a native Louisianian....who also went to school in Lafayette......Ragin Cajin is pretty good and Blue water seafood on 1960 or 2920 does pretty good crawfish.....
