I need help finding housing down here. I've been calling around and everyone wants regular employment or they have no vacany. If you are a dancer or know someone who takes income letters or proof of deposits, please let me know!
I have no budget but please nothing over $1200.(I want a 2bed 2 Bath.)

Lot of independent or by owner properties on there and are often open to nonconventional verification, if they require any at all
If you can swing it cashflow-wise, offer to prepay two months rent...in a sense it becomes a no lose proposition for the landlord.
