Access to Men’s Lounge?

Hi. I just paid for a premium membership. With the welcome email it included access to local lounges where only reviewers could access. How do I get to the one for Dallas? Ideally, I’m looking for a reputable list of the top gfe providers in Dallas. Thanks.
