PM response issue

I posted a review yesterday of Stella Shines but left out the fee (it was $). I received a pm from one of the mods but I’m not able to respond. Also not able to respond to a pm from a provider. I don’t have 40 sent messages in my outbox nor do I have 50 in my inbox. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!
