How does one make referrals?

On the left most of the pages is a link named Invite A Friend. If you use that link to invite someone to this site and they register a handle here, you will be counted with a referral.

But say a provider I've seen registers here and wants me to vouch for her validity as a provider, what do I do then. PM a mod?

Playa - I would imagine that you could do a review to validate a ladies status which leads me to another question...

At least two. That way things can be corroborated from different sources.
