Posting an ad. The" ? " Question marks.

Sometimes when I post my ad it will come out right with the hearts or emojis on it, and sometimes it will show up as ???'s Why? And how do I fix it? Please pm me the answer. Also...can you fix my current Dallas- ad? Please? I tried to fix it manually? I know how to edit typos but it said more than 60 min had elapsed and that I was screwed...not in a good way. lol. Thank you Mods !
