Where does everyone hobby down here?

I guess I am just a bit spoiled. I usually hobby in the major cities, Dallas, Houston, Austin, and SA. Where I check the ad’s it seems like there are only 4 or 5 providers in the CC area. Where is the best place to find talent around here? I keep a current P411, but even that is almost non existent. Are the better agencies down here or are the providers just UTR? Please don’t tell me this is alll that is available down here. Someone point me in the right direction please.

How do you find them if they are not posting? Is it just based off the reviews?

Read reviews, the good ones don't have to post all the time.
