if an employee doesn't want to join a union, they should not be forced to pay an agency fee.
the union stance in this issue is perverse. they insist on exclusive representation for all workers as this would take care of the free rider issue.
I call bullshit on that. repesentation should not be exclusive. they should only represent the workers who joined the union.
