Tried to find a room for fun on Friday (16th) and the prices are very high, what is happening in San Antonio this weekend?

Yeah, pisses me off: just got rid of old futon couch/bed, wanted to sleep in comfort at a hotel while new bed/mattress is delivered.

Yeh weekend rates! The notel my regular uses charges $30 extra on weekends and it is a dump up by Kerrviile

Yes - SA gets a ton of people from up north that are getting to some good weather. Also, heavy convention time, which could be good for provider business
