Stupid Question; when a Provider says Special $60; what does the Special consist of?

usually means lower than normal donation...same service

JK...usually the ones I've been interested in seem to just put that up there, no real discount.

I think it depends on the individual provider and circumstance. The reputable providers offer the same compampionship for the discounted donation...others will give you less than stellar service and run you off when the clock hits 59 minutes. (lol)

When you finally get your schedules coordinated and meet, it is Special.
