Am I allowed to post the handle of a hobby as well as screen captures of our discussion.

You can post the ECCIE handle of a Hobbyist, but as to the rest, refer to the guidelines:

#9 - No form of private communications between members are to be posted in our forums. This includes the contents of emails, PMs, IMs (this includes texts), private chat logs, privately shared images, etc. This is an invasion of another's privacy and will not be allowed.

So, as Alyssa said, NO screenshots, and no quoting. You can paraphrase conversation and restate the gist of it in your own words only. Don't reveal ANY real world info about the fellow, either.

Anything else may net you a ban.

Now, if you are having a problem, for instance someone on the board stalking or threatening you, contact a mod and offer to send screenshots as proof subsequently. However, be advised that if that member is booted, he/she may just rejoin under a new handle, lurk for a while, and return to his/her old behavior. I'm of the opinion that it's better to keep track of the devil you know now than the one you won't recognize under a mask.
