A way to legalize buying sex in Houston right now

Something I must be missing here and may be somebody has the knowledge to tell me where this idea will not work

Go online and search any dirty word and you see people that both are fucking and being paid for it (well at least the vast majority of them are). But if I pull in to a strip center here in town and want to pay a lady just to hygienically drain my nuts, its all so "illegal" so I came up with an idea equity investors of these spa's can do to keep it legal. In fact, the case precedence is already tried in courts and set as legal.

Instead of you guys opening up a "Day Spa", put in a commercial business there to video the customer's own porn video for them to do with it what they please. Its happening now but just not in a strip center like these spa's. This "production company" charge the customer for supplying good actresses and then can pay actresses for their time I don't know the specifics but I bet like hell these better porn stars are paid before the end user buys or publishes the film.

The key is to legally fund the sex worker, other people do it, hell they even publish it online and here we are being arrested for it. That's is not the way our founding fathers started the USA and its high time we start using the same courts that took our freedoms to take our take our freedoms back

If you came into the establishment to shoot a porno and package the product as a private porn shoot that could work. One could also delete the video file afterwards and say you need to reshoot the video at a later date.

it is actually legal, a brothel in New Orleans operated like this for many years

I've got my GoPro and hitting up plaza America's as I type. Always wondered why this wasn't a loop hole used. I guess std testing if that's required would be the only hang up.
I have great ideas on this matter. Would love to chat offline and see how we can make a safe place for boys and girls to meet.
Of course, these ideas would need to be run by a lawyer also but I think the OP is on the right track.
Wasn't this in an episode of Family Guy?
I read someplace that it is illegal to make porn movies in Texas

So technically you can use this as a loop hole stating you are making an amateur porno then just never send the video (IE delete) to any distributor.
Well, you know how that goes. It will be up to the DA to decide how they want to deal with this matter.

I agree 100% that this is the way to go. The fee the videographer receives can go to pay his staff aka the model.

So let's get a studio going.

The problem is that you will run into legal issues when you pay that "willing partner". That is illegal.

The proposed workaround mentioned whereby the cameraman is paid; then the cameraman pays the "actress" is nothing but a strawman argument. There is no loophole.

I'm not an attorney however because you paid the cameraman who in turn paid the actress, you are not only looking at prostitution but also added charges of conspiracy possible fraud and money laundering if wire transfers/direct deposits are involved.
But std checking could be a good thing too
