Not sure if there is anything local to SA but willing to travel if anyone has info on a bath house with private room for a guy and girl to go and enjoy.

Don’t know of anything like that. Closest thing I can think of is the sensory deprivation float tanks. I think they have a couples version.

Health Departments across the country shut down the jacuzzi houses in the 80s. ck1942 is on the right track - find a hotel room with a jacuzzi.
