Planning a visit soon! A little friendly advice???

Hello all! I am planning a visit to St Louis possibly as early as this week. I have never been to St Louis, and would love any input you may have as to the best part of town to stay in, and likewise, where to avoid.

I like to take into account client convenience as opposed to my own selfish shopping and cocktail hour needs, so if you could offer suggestions, I would greatly appreciate it!

Thank you in advance for your help!

I have heard great things about the gentlemen of St Louis!

st louis guys are awesome!!

Have fun!
We do have some real gentlemen here definitely
How about one of us taking you on a shopping spree and then to cocktails? I'm sure a great deal could be worked out.
Hounddog that sounds awesome! I will be there tomorrow!
If you're looking for great shopping, we have West County Mall, The Galleria, and for a very upscale experience, there is Plaza Frontenac which has Saks & Neiman. You'll find Nordstrom at West County Mall and there is a Nordstrom Rack down the street from the Galleria mall.

If you want to do something tourist-like, I'd suggest a trip to the City Museum. It's a great place & definitely offers something for everyone (not just for kids).

As far as dining, we have Ruth's Chris Steakhouse, Mortons, J. Bucks, and lot's of Sushi restaurants. I don't eat sushi, but a favorite among the locals is Miso in Clayton. http://misolounge.com/ I've been there and it's a really cool place.

Enjoy Saint Louis!
Stay away from these areas, vice will come knocking on your door in the morning.
Maryland Heights, Riverfront area.

I have stayed in Downtown & South ST. Louis hotels with no problem.
Just screen screen screen and you will be good to go!
Thanks so much, Ladies!
You should definitely take hounddog up on his offer. He is a blast.

Just remember there are some nice gentlemen just down the road to the east as well.....unfortunately no shopping like STL though, but I can make up for that

If I were doing a tour, I would stay downtown. If you need a list of non-key carded elevators downtown pm me. If you get tired of room service food there are 2 businesses that deliver food from many restaurants, All restaurants deliver and 529 dine.
