She can't get her account unlocked. She doesn't remember her password and she doesn't still have the email that she opened the account with originally and mods have not been helping her. So she is pretty much relying on hobbyists that have already seen her.

It appears her Verified Provider status expired. A Verified Provider must log in to the site at least once every 45 days in order to maintain her status. If her account is inactive for more than 45 days then it reverts back to "Pending Age Verification". If that happens then she will have to verify her age all over again. She needs to contact the Admins by email at websupport@eccie.net to get the email address in her ECCIE profile updated. To verify her age there is the following...

If a Verified Provider's status expires then she will have to repeat the verification process in order to get it back. In light of what happened to MyRedbook and Backpage, that is how it works now. The past is irrelevant.
