I have a question for the El Paso area gents

I am considering splitting my El Paso trip into 2 days in Horizon City and 2 days in El Paso. Would there be an interest in such a split? If I did it, I would just hit the area a little earlier than originally planned.

Horizon is on the outskirts of El Paso call it 4 days in El Paso you really will note no difference, trust me
Couldn't agree more. Horizon city is basically east El Paso. No difference.

Exactly what they said. If anything, do two days in east el paso and two days in west el paso. And fuck Lubbock.
I'm not doing Lubbock. Its been a near zero response. I thought that Horizon was a suburb, but I noticed in another "do you want me" thread, several gents mentioned it, so I thought it wise to check, since I haven't actually been to El Paso in about 12 years. At this point, it looks like I may just come on the 15th instead of the 17th and split my time between the two sides of town.

You could even spend a day in Las Cruces New Mexico. I have noticed we have quite a few active members living there. It's just 30 or 40 miles up I-10 and a very pretty University (NMSU) town.

Twain and 3PCD are absolutely correct.

You could spend 2 days in east EP somwhere near the "lomaland" exit;
2 days in west EP near on "mesa" for example plenty of hotels there;
and you if give the guys in Las Cruces a heads up you could spend a day or two here in las cruces, there is a number of good places to stay near the university (university ave) and pretty good places to eat around here too

Or perhaps start in Cruces and work your way back to west EP then east EP and maybe stay in east EP (which is probably where you will get the most business) until it starts to slow down for you?

I've never been to EP always wondered what the hobby life is like???

But I have always done eXXXtremly well in Lubbock...Sometimes I even visit lubbock twice on my west Texas tours but everyone is different...

Good luck, have fun, and I would love to hear how EP actually is...

See Sydney-- it really is different for everyone. Lubbock is usually my weakest link in the West Texas chain.

Cash-- I will be making a stop in Abilene on the way out--- it will be announced with my ad tomorrow.
