“New Rules”

The new rules (wherever those are written) prohibiting the use of certain words (incall, outcall, provider, escort, etc.) and acronyms make little sense to me. They’re prohibited only in certain subforums and “private” areas because they imply the offer of illegal sexual services. But those same words and acronyms imply the same thing wherever they might be used.

Now back again to my main gripe about eccie. It’s bad enough that the admins and mods continue to support the use of the word whore and prostitute. In my mind those words are disrespectful and their use violates the spirit of guideline #3. But those words also imply illegal sexual services. So why not prohibit those?

Before eccie crashed in April I could find more than 250 providers listed in Austin. As of right now there are 207 listed. Seems to me that this reduction is due to the atmosphere here and the availability of other options. Are the admins ok with this?

Pretty sure the moderators also cleaned a little bit of house and anyone who was under 21 got the boot which more than likely lead to a decrease as well

Admins should have done better job in explanation of changes. Putting in a pinned thread does not help. You have to require to read at login. Removing ISO's section? Now Co-Ed is full of ISO's. Glad I am not a mod.
