New Update question

So since there's no more mentioning of rates on ads. What's the safest and best way to find out rates. I understand if they have their own website then they can list it it there. But, not everyone has a website and discussing rates over the phone is pretty risky. Any ideas?

I don't think asking them is bad, you'll need to know before fulfilling a date with them anyway
