I have had many encounters with SarahK since she relocated to the Metroplex in 2017 and have always found her to be both enthusiastic and willing to accommodate requests. I don't know what to say about your BBBJ experience. That certainly has not been my experience with her and does not sound at all like her. I guess for some reason, YMMV. Although no longer accessible, her 45 "Yes" reviews prior to Eccie's shutdown never mentioned such a policy/problem. For those who are interested, this can be confirmed by sending a PM to any of those reviewers.
